Fees-Vinmeen Tamil Tuition Classes

Terms and Conditions:

Fees are collected monthly based on the total number of classes attended. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be treated as a request to reschedule the lesson, subject to slot availability.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and without a valid reason will be charged the full lesson fee.

• Exceptions will be made for medical reasons supported by valid medical documentation (e.g. medical certificate) .We kindly encourage parents or students to inform us as early as possible, so that we can better manage scheduling and respect the tutor’s time and preparation. 

• Rescheduled lessons will be arranged based on available time slots for both the student and tutor.

We encourage students to make use of rescheduled lessons to support better understanding and consistent academic improvement and to respect the tutor’s time and schedule. 

Additional Support / Extra Services 

We also provide additional support such as competition preparation and other academic assistance outside scheduled lessons. These services will be chargeable and will be discussed and agreed upon in advance before any fees are applied.
